As Sr. Executive, Business Development e10 egency, Allan’s primarily responsible for new customer acquisitions in Canada and managing ongoing customer relationships. His focus includes identifying prospects, pursuing and refining sales strategies, identifying product and solution opportunities, and completing sales.
Most recently, Allan was responsible for responsible for direct field sales, sales promotion, and other related sales services at Angoss Software Corp. and Sapien information Services.
Allan has also worked at the database marketing division of the largest printer in Canada and Mexico, one of Canada's leading providers of Web solutions and marketing communications, and Canada’s leading consumer magazine publisher, and has successfully marketed data driven solutions through unique experiences to build customer relationships and loyalty, and grow revenue.
Allan is an industry professional who understands the business and service needs of customers within Retail and Financial Services. He has worked for major financial institutions in the U.S. and Canada, and retail consulting. He has an extensive background in sales, marketing, e-business, advertising, public relations and customer service, and has worked with a wide variety of business users and technology teams.
Allan is a graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) designation, majoring in Business Administration. He is a Charter member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, member of The Executive Roundtable, The Canadian Marketing Association, The Retail Council of Canada.
